Benvenuto and welcome to Colle Rosso the newest Italian
Restaurant, Pizzeria and Take away in Red Hill. If you are wondering where the
name Colle Rosso comes from it means Red Hill in Italian. We are located just
minutes from the Brisbane CBD and Suncorp Stadium. Colle Rosso provides a
fresh, authentic and rustic approach to dining out. We believe in value for
money but most importantly in having high quality food and service in a family friendly
environment.
Imagine you have spent the day sightseeing the ancient
city of Rome from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain. Walking through the cobble stoned streets you
make your way to the amazing Piazza Navona. You sit at a restaurant while
gazing at the Fountain of Rivers sipping on a luscious glass of Chianti and
eating a mouth watering traditional pizza, could life get any better! Or you have
just landed on the picturesque Island of Sardegna and spent the day at stunning
Porto Cervo. The sun is setting and you sit down at a seaside restaurant where
you quench your thirst with a refreshing glass of Vermentino and dine on fresh
seafood. How does it taste?...How do you feel?...We want to recreate this setting
and these emotions for you - so sit down, relax, eat, drink and enjoy the experience

WHO WE ARE
David, Marco, Laura and Lisa are the owners of Colle
Rosso. In charge of the kitchen are
David and Marco who are highly qualified Italian chefs and running the
Restaurant are Laura and Lisa. All four have previously worked for International
Hotel groups, Restaurants and Resorts both in Australia and in Europe.
Between us we have over 30
years experience in the hospitality industry. Our main point of differentiation
from other restaurants is that both David and Marco are internationally trained
chefs who are able to produce fresh and traditional meals each day as well as offer
new and exciting menu items to meet the changing needs and tastes for the
people we care about YOU!
WHAT WE DO
Colle Rosso uses only fresh ingredients from local
producers as well as products that can only be obtained from International
suppliers. Our menu consists of rustic and authentic Italian meals as well as
dishes that put a twist to traditional recipes. Our menu is created for those
who love choice so each time you return you will be able to select a different meal
or indulge in your favourite!
Colle Rosso provides a professional and family
friendly environment that you, our customer wants when searching for an Italian
dining experience. We want to transport you and your taste buds back to the
original country of cuisine...ITALY!
We
also welcome private functions and cater for large number groups.
